1〜5％であれば、定例の人員削減で、特に驚きはありません。切るべきは切って、その上で必要なところで新たに採用する。投資銀行は、好況期にも人を切って入れ替えます。そうやってビジネスをアップデートしていきます。私も、ずっとそうしてきました。投資銀行とはそういう生き物です。
