シンガポール企業がJDRで東証マザーズ上場。
日本での上場は外国企業にとっては言葉の壁等がありハードルが高いけれども、東証マザーズというユニークな市場でアジアのスタートアップの上場が増えることは日本にとっても良いことだと思います。

Omni-Plus System (Pte) Ltd, a Singapore company, will be listed on Mothers Division of Tokyo Stock Exchange by JDR on 29th June.
Mothers division is the most unique and successful stock market for start-ups in Asia. Majority of investors are individuals and market value is bigger than SGX one. I hope this listing will be success and much more Asian's start-ups will chose Mothers division.
Highly recommend Mothers division to those who wish to go public in the future.
