Critical conversations are never fun. Trust is a must have ingredient for one person with the feedback to be able to bring up the critical matter and not shy away from delivering what could be a life changing comment to the other person who is receiving the feedback.
Recap: if you struggle to share your opinion or your disagreement about a specific matter with a coach, mentor or supervisor, your motto might as well be “I say Yes to everything.” You are the Pleaser. A Pleaser can flip flop on an issue more times than a fish flips on dry land; that’s a lot of flopping.
