  When I was in elementary school, I looked forward to watching Star Trek at home after school. One of my favorite parts of the show was watching people in space order food.
  
  They choose their dish, enter their selection into the machine, press a button and within seconds a complete meal appeared right before their eyes. It was faster than heating up a TV dinner in the microwave. As a boy, this futuristic technology was fascinating.
  
  Fast forward to now and we certainly have more and more services catering to convenience of the consumer. Self driving delivery is intriguing, but will we ever have instantaneous delivery like we see in Star Trek? That would be the ultimate technology; faster than waiting for hot water to cook instant ramen!

  「Nuroは自動運転車を用いた食品デリバリーを、アリゾナ州スコッツデールで2018年に9カ月間にわたって実施し、その際の料金は1配送あたり5.95ドルだった。同社はヒューストンで、ドミノピザのデリバリーも間もなく始動させる予定という。」
