  フリーランス。自由に働くって方法を取るのは大いに結構だと思う。私もそうなりたいから。
  でも、重要なのは自己管理ができるかどうかだと思うよ。
  
  自己管理ができないと、家で怠けちゃうでしょう。

  離れていても、感謝の気持ちは伝えられる。- Appreciation is the first element of what all teams need for survival. I forgot where I heard this next phrase, but this is the general concept:
  
  Every human being needs Oxygen to survive in this world. Our team members need AIR to survive in the workplace.
  
  Appreciation
  Inspiration
  Recognition
  
  The first letters of each word create AIR. As the article suggests, team members who work remotely need the same amount of AIR that co-workers get who are present in the office.
  
  So, as we approach the various Holiday activities that come at the end of the year and beginning of a new year, I challenge you and myself to share a piece of Appreciation to the team members and colleagues we work with.

  ２社経営していますが、いずれもリモート。Slackやメッセンジャーで毎朝挨拶。基本的なコミュニケーション をかわし、時に電話やビデオチャット。
  年に１回合うか合わないかですが、久々感はないですし自由に仕事できていますよ！
