  Amazonのリアルグローサリー店舗開設ですが、自身のamazon accountとの連携をしておけば、自動的にカートに入れた商品を認識してくれて、決済も不要、というところは顧客体験として魅力的ですね。店舗の人件費削減の面でもこの流れが増えそうな気がします。
